Our story starts with 3 guys coming together with a passion to cook for friends and family. To give people a reason to come together and bond. To connect. The traction grew and the word got out. The excitement of seeing people connect transcended into doing events for the public. Offering everyone the chance and opportunity to have an excuse to go out and relax and be taken care of.
Over at Potluck, we strive to offer a unique experience. Each and every event we host ourselves is different and can never be replicated again.
2/3 of the original founders have gone on to chase different dreams and passions and leaving Jimmy as the sole owner and operator of Potluck
Chef Jimmy was born in Texas but grew up for majority of his life in South Carolina. He started off as a dishwasher at 15 and has since grown to love the art of food. Potluck has opened the door to so many amazing opportunities and his passion for the dance of service pushes him to connect people together!
The main mission is to curate events that are revolved around the idea of being present. Being intentional with time and focusing on sharing experiences with others to embed your life with warm moments. Its easy to dread the past and fear the future. So take hold of your time and treat as valuable as it really it is.
